Rants on things in general

  • I want to rant about people that say don't eat this or don't eat that. Don't eat meat, don't eat carbs, don't eat fat, don't eat sugar, don't eat processed foods, blah blah blah. If I listened to all these people I'd starve to death, no thank you. I choose to eat a balance of all foods INCLUDING meat. Brown rice tastes nasty BTW.I refuse to follow people that claim thier way is the only way and state JAMA is wrong. It's all hysterical nonsense that the JAMA would not run good studies, ect.Sometimes I just feel like a I'm living in a world full of extremists screaming the sky is falling. Extremism in anything is bad people. Get a grip and lay off the super dooper vita-doobie long enough for proper brain cell function to return.
