04/25/2022 SAR Status Meeting Notes

Progress Since Last Month starting 04/01/2022:
-Complete-Publish RTO/RPO on Streaming PROD 3.0 as is
-Complete -Create object/ tasks for data flow inventory
-Reviewed the access to workgroups with HANA team. HANA team to review access for TTS developers in ODC committee
-Security Assessment Remediation Tasks are in progress
  A. Ensure developers can not connect directly to the iPaaS system without utilizing a jump box
  B. Review third-party remote access to ensure access is still required

Activities for Next Month ending 05/31/2022:
-Design processes to ensure that production data doesn't flow in non-prod environments
-Prepare a template for documenting dataflow inventory
-Kick off Setup Periodic reviews of user account groups and roles
